Terms and Conditions – j777 Pakistan Online Betting and Gaming Platform Rules

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you read the remaining sections clearly.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use a j777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j777 does not permit accounts for individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted to access online betting platforms under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of j777 is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested permanent exclusion from j777 or affiliated platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Pakistani law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business entity or third party in operating a j777 account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of j777 or any of its associated service providers.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at j777. Operating multiple accounts — whether through the same or different contact details, devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. j777 relies on the information you supply for identity verification, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and retention of funds pending investigation.

j777 may request documentary verification of identity, address or payment method ownership at any stage. Commonly requested documents include a valid CNIC or passport, a recent bank statement and confirmation of the mobile wallet registered to the account. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe stated in our verification request may result in account restriction.

By registering, you consent to j777 carrying out identity verification checks using the information you provide and through third-party verification services where applicable. These checks are for the protection of all players on the platform.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions at j777 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at j777 is Rs 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus any bank charges incurred.
• j777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error due to incorrect amounts or unintended account top-ups may be returned upon written request, subject to verification that no bets have been placed from those funds.
• j777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified as originating from an account held in your name.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your j777 account balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is maintained as a security measure to prevent fraudulent fund redirection.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of a request being submitted during standard operating hours.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within 2–4 hours on business days.
• j777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside j777's control.
• Withdrawals are processed from your real money balance only. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• j777 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 100,000.
• Players who have active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will see their bonus funds removed if they request a withdrawal before completing wagering. This is explained clearly in the bonus terms for each individual promotion.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

j777 offers a range of promotions including the welcome bonus, daily reload, weekly cashback and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

The welcome bonus at j777 matches your first deposit 100% up to Rs 10,000. This bonus is available to new players only — one per player, one per household, one per device and one per payment method. The welcome bonus carries a 5× wagering requirement on eligible games. Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of award if wagering is not completed within that period.

A 15% reload bonus is automatically credited on qualifying daily deposits of at least Rs 300 to all active j777 accounts. The reload bonus carries a 3× wagering requirement. One reload bonus is credited per calendar day per account.

10% cashback on net losses across the previous Monday–Sunday period is credited every Monday to eligible accounts. Cashback at j777 carries zero wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately upon receipt. Cashback is calculated on net losses only — weeks with net winnings generate no cashback.

• j777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus structures or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Wagering progress is visible in the player's account dashboard. Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game type is stated on the Promotions page.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Subsequent bonuses may be queued and activated upon completion of the current active bonus.

07 Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports and event betting at j777, including cricket, football, esports and any other betting markets available on the platform.

A bet is considered accepted and confirmed only when j777 has issued a bet confirmation reference in the player's account. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference have not been accepted, regardless of whether funds have been deducted from the account temporarily. In cases of technical error resulting in an unconfirmed deduction, the amount will be returned.

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed and accepted at the time of bet placement — not at any odds quoted prior to the bet being confirmed.
• j777 uses official results from recognised governing bodies and statistics providers to settle bets. For cricket, official ICC scorecards take precedence. For football, official league result records are used.
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension or postponement, j777's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules apply. Generally, bets on abandoned cricket matches are voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules for that specific market state otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at j777's discretion. j777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event, particularly around significant moments such as goals, wickets or VAR reviews.

In the event that j777 displays clearly incorrect odds due to a data feed error or human error, j777 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect prices. A "palpable error" is defined as odds that differ significantly from the fair market price at the time. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors forfeit any associated winnings and may have their accounts reviewed.

j777 imposes maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are disclosed on the platform before bet placement. Bets that would result in winnings above the stated maximum may be rejected or reduced to an acceptable stake size at j777's discretion.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your j777 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. j777 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

• Never share your j777 login details with any other person. j777 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify j777 support immediately. You will be asked to provide verification of identity before any security changes are made to your account.
• j777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure, provided that j777's own systems have not been compromised.
• Attempting to access another player's account, using automated tools to interact with j777, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform's software are all prohibited and constitute grounds for permanent account closure.

09 Fraud and Abuse

j777 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent behaviour, bonus abuse and any form of manipulation of the platform or its players. Actions that fall under this policy include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a j777 account.
• Colluding with other players in sports betting or casino games to create an artificial advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors knowingly and repeatedly.
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets on j777 without prior written consent.
• Match-fixing or any arrangement to influence the outcome of an event on which bets are placed at j777.

Where j777 identifies or reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, void any bets placed during the suspect period and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms the breach. j777 may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

j777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases carry a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of j777.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from j777 for a minimum period of 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During exclusion, all marketing communications are suspended and account access is blocked.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

j777 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback claim from a payment provider in relation to funds deposited into the account.
• Failure to meet minimum age requirements upon verification.
• At the player's own request, including during a self-exclusion period.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, j777 is not obligated to return any bonus funds or winnings derived from activity that violated these Terms. Real money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned after deducting any investigation costs where applicable.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting j777 support. Any real money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after standard processing.

12 Limitation of Liability

j777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While j777 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy, the following limitations apply:

• j777 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side or third-party service disruptions affecting payment processing.
• j777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings from a bet that could not be placed due to a technical issue.
• j777's maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident is limited to the value of that player's verified real money account balance at the time of the incident.
• j777 is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data feeds, statistics or event information displayed on the platform for informational purposes — these should not be relied upon as the sole basis for betting decisions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

j777 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j777 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practical, notify registered players via email or account notification.

Your continued use of j777 following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using j777 and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and j777 recommends doing so whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which j777 is licensed and operated. By registering at j777, you consent to the jurisdiction of those laws for any dispute arising from your use of the platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, bonus application or account status, the following process applies at j777:

• Step 1: Contact j777 customer support via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute and your account reference.
• Step 2: j777 support will investigate and provide a written response within 5 business days.

j777's decision on matters of platform operation, bet settlement based on official results, and account status following a terms violation is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described above.
